Flacks Group identifies and acquires companies with revenues between $100m and $4billion. Our global portfolio includes a diverse range of businesses with a particular focus on the traditional manufacturing, industrial, processing and engineering sectors.

We work with large corporations and private equity funds with the aim of acquiring carve-outs and spin-offs – as well as the divestiture of non-core, underperforming or “zombie” business units.

Kelly-Moore Paints was founded in San Carlos, California, in 1946, and has over 1,200 employees. The company distributes products through 157 company-owned retail stores and a network of retailers across North America.

Pleuger

Pleuger is a century old flow control company, headquartered in the U.S. with manufacturing plants in Germany and France focused on manufacturing of submersible motors, pumps, thrusters and plungers.

Aldrich

Founded in 1902 as a division of Allentown Rolling Mills, ALDRICH offers a wide variety of Reciprocating Pumps for the most demanding applications in Oil & Gas worldwide.

No Nonsense

No Nonsense Beauty was established in 1993. This innovative brand introduced ‘Skin Brushing’ into the beauty market internationally. For over 25 years it has been promoting and selling beauty products globally.

Nottinghill

Nottinghill Living is currently developing and managing over 500 apartments in Orlando (US) and surrounding areas, with a further 500 to follow. It creates premier apartment communities, featuring exclusive community and household amenities for its residents.

Pharmacorr

Established in Oklahoma City in April 1996, PharmaCorr provides pharmacy services, as well as pharmaceutical wholesale distribution across the USA.

Fürstenberg Hoiz

Flacks Group exited Fürstenberg in 2018. The business focused on wood packaging located in Huefingen, Germany for some 100 years and evolved from its origins as a sawmill to a manufacturer of specialized wooden packaging. With some 450 employees the company is the leader in specialized automotive wooden packaging in Europe.

OGRO

Flacks Group exited OGRO (formerly known as Dorma Beschlagtechnik) in 2018. OGRO producing fittings in hundreds of different shapes in Velbert, Germany and the surrounding area since 1866. OGRO products are used in schools, public institutions and company buildings in which our products’ quality is repeatedly proven.
