BURGLENGENFELD, 22. April 2022 – The US investor Flacks Group has acquired the former Hansa fittings factory in Burglengenfeld north of Regensburg. The seller Hansa Armaturen had built the location at Dieselstraße 2-4 from 1979. The product and logistics property with 16,000 m² of usable space on a total of 27,700 m² of land was decommissioned in 2019. The Flacks Group will partly use the property through its subsidiary Zippel GmbH for industrial cleaning and rent out the remaining areas. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the sale price. JLL advised Hansa Armaturen and brokered the transaction.
